If there are any damaged packages, you need to refuse the damaged packages and notify us immediately so that we can prepare a replacement as quickly as possible. If you do not, you will have to wait for a freight claim and no replacement will be sent, until the claim is resolved. Aceland Corp. cannot be held liable for those damages not listed in the freight acceptance form!

*Claims documentation must be submitted within two (2) business days after damage/loss is discovered, and in no event later than three (3) days after delivery for concealed damage claims.*
