Designed for ease of operation and long lasting use, Pro-Kold's deli cases are proudly offered in three (3) different sizes and finishes. The DDC series features a Gravity Coil Cooling System which allows for a wide range of cheeses among other products. The upper coil located inside of the case becomes cold as liquid refrigeration is sprayed through the system. The warmer air inside of the cabinet is absorbed resulting in heavier cold air, which will fall towards the floor of the interior until it fills the cabinet. Since there are no forced air fans required in the interior of the unit, the gravity coil cooling system design allows for a wide variety of items to be displayed.
The DDC 80 is equipped with a two rear, sliding glass doors which create a large opening ideal for loading/unloading during peak times and cleaning the interior of unit. The doors glide easily on a track and should remained closed during non-use to keep additional moisture out of the unit and to keep the cold air in place surrounding your product.
The DDC 80 boasts a self-contained refrigeration system which simply means that there is no installation required by the end user. Simply unpackage the unit, glide into place, plug into a direct outlet with the required power, and your unit will begin cooling immediately.
Aceland Corporation offers free curbside shipping for all items, excluding additional accessorial charges (i.e. limited access, redelivery fee, detention fee, etc), unless additionally specified, to all US states, except Hawaii and Alaska (For shipments going to Hawaii and Alaska, please feel free to reach out to us for a competitive quote). Shipping normally takes 2-8 business days, inapplicable to unexpected special occasions that might delay the shipments. Standard Shipping Notes: *Our shipments are not guaranteed delivery, as we cannot control the carrier service once the order has been shipped. The exception to this is orders are placed and shipped using methods that include a guaranteed delivery date. *If an order is cancelled or refused (unless refused as damaged shipment) after it has been shipped, a 25% restocking fee and the full freight cost will be charged to the customer. *Please inspect all units upon arrival no matter what the outside packaging looks like. If there are too many units to inspect, or you are unsure about the inside condition, or the driver refuses to let you inspect the equipment, you MUST write on the proof of delivery/delivery slip before the driver leaves "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". Failure to do so will result in the loss of a claim and we will not be able to send replacement parts, issue a discount or replace the equipment. Please see the attached for more freight receipt precautions. Aceland cannot be held liable for those damages not listed in the freight acceptance form!
Items must be returned in NEW (unused, untested, and resalable) condition, in the original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, kit components, promotional items and instruction manuals included. For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use cannot be returned to us. We also cannot accept returns on orders where a promotional item has not been returned with the order. These ‘extras’ must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. When repacking an item for return, please be sure to include all the free and promotional items that came with your order as well as all applicable accessories and literature. Generally, as a “rule-of-thumb" you should return the items to us the same way we sent them to you - in the same condition and with all the original contents. If a promotional item is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued. All return requests for the orders with any shipments that are drop shipped from our suppliers, we will need follow the return and refund policies by the suppliers. We do not accept returns on customized orders.
To qualify for a refund, our Return Conditions and Return and Exchange Instructions must be followed. If our steps are not followed, a refund may be issued in accordance with the condition of the returned merchandise and the value of any missing items. Refunds are not issued before the merchandise has been received, evaluated and processed by our Returns Team. Our/Manufacturer’s restocking fee charge(s) may differ, to cover our processing, packing and shipping expenses. Additional fees may apply if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
